Who we are

Smart Delivery manages and operates delivery-app channels for restaurants in Saudi Arabia. Contact us about your data at info@sdam.sa or +966 55 335 9501.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the consultation form: restaurant name, your name and mobile number; number of branches, the apps you are on, the service you are interested in and any notes; the page language and, if present, the visit source (e.g. a campaign link).

Why

Solely to contact you about your request. We do not use it for marketing without separate consent and we never sell it.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us, and we will delete your data.

Where it is stored and who can access it

In a private spreadsheet within Smart Delivery's Google Workspace account, accessible only to the relevant Smart Delivery team. We receive an email notification of each request.

Retention

Up to 12 months from our last contact, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case your contract terms apply.

Tracking

We use no tracking or advertising tools on this site; your language choice is stored only in your browser.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent. Email info@sdam.sa; we reply within 30 days.
